What happens if I accidentally break my jewelry?
We feel truly grateful for each and every order you intrust to us. We handcraft every piece with great care and love. Within 30 days of your purchase, if you notice any manufacturing defect in your piece, we will gladly repair your jewelry at no extra cost.
We also understand that accidents happen, so if your Sweetshop Jewelry ever needs some extra TLC, we'd be happy to repair it for you. (Reasonable charges, if any, will be determined by the nature of the repair.)
How do I properly care for my jewelry?
All product descriptions contain information on what type of metal the piece is made of and how to properly care for that type of metal. First, find if the product is gold filled, sterling silver, gold plated or silver plated. Remember: Gold filled and sterling silver based pieces are safe to wear in water. Gold and silver plated based pieces should not be worn in water to prevent discoloration from occurring over time! Please read the description to learn how to care for your product properly! Can you make jewelry blemish free?
Since our jewelry are handmade from resin, imperfections like bubbles are unavoidable. If you pretty care about it, please do not purchase. Everything is made with so much love and good intent. Please know that we would never ship out jewelry that have large imperfections/blemishes. No two pieces of jewelries are exactly alike, due to their handmade nature, which makes it more unique!
Do you take custom or personalized orders?
Yes. All custom orders will start at $60. Custom and personalized orders may increase in price depending on complexity and availability of resources. Please feel free to email me at email@example.com.

Do you ship internationally?
YES, we do ship internationally! Please note that all possible further customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. These may vary by country
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer returns for refund due to safety and sanitary precautions. In the unlikely circumstance that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help with the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not offer cancellation once your order has been placed and processed into our system.
I never received my order - what do I do?
• Once an item is dropped off at USPS and is shown as "in transit," Sweetshop Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package and will not be responsible for a product replacement or refund if the item is lost.
• If you have any shipping issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
• There are times when USPS will indicate "delivered" before it is actually delivered. if this occurs, please wait 3 business days. If still undelivered, please contact USPS directly.
• Please contact me via email prior to your purchase if you would like insurance on your shipment.
