1. Choose Your Color
A color chart is provided in the product images. Please select your preferred color from the chart and leave your choice in the order notes at checkout (single color or custom combinations are welcome).
2. Handmade to Order
Each hydrangea hair stick is made to order using shrink plastic petals and hand-assembled details. Due to the handmade nature, every piece is unique.
3. Production Time
Please allow up to 30 business days for production before shipping.
Custom orders require additional time to ensure accurate color matching and delicate finishing.
4. No Returns or Exchanges
As this is a custom-made item, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
